As of January 2025, Cannonball Statman is on hiatus from live performing, both due to the ongoing cost-of-touring crisis making it increasingly unfeasible to deliver the best possible show without compromising his health, and due to the ongoing cost-of-living crises around the world making gigs increasingly inaccessible to fans.

At live performances, Cannonball Statman usually performs a selection of original songs from throughout his career spanning over two decades, including tracks from Hard to Break (2023), Rhinoceros Crossing (2019), Miracle on Neon Clown Avenue (2022), and from his self-titled album (2024).

Cannonball often performs as a solo artist, with occasional availability in various duets and full band line-ups depending on the time and place.

He also likes to donate some of his time to performing at fundraisers for humanitarian causes, and is happy to consider these if his travel and accommodation costs are covered in full by the organisers. He has previously performed at events for animal rights, Food Not Bombs, anti-racist groups, and compassionate and humanising approaches to mental health and confronting the systemic problem of psychiatric abuse, in addition to events to help individuals with their medical expenses.
