Real Live Cannonballism (2013)

It’s a collection of recordings of some early 2010s lineups of the Cannonball Statman band performing live in NYC, at our noisiest and most brutal – the lineup of this band was constantly in flux, and we had anywhere from 2 to 8 musicians in the band on any given night.

After this, I started touring more regularly and became known for doing that as a solo artist – which meant I ended up putting the band on the back burner, because the logistics of touring as a band vs. touring solo are very different and tend to require different networks, different budgets, and different approaches.

It actually wasn’t until 2023, after a whole decade of extensive touring as a solo artist, that I finally did a proper tour with a full Cannonball Statman band, which was a British power trio – with Gem on drums and Lethal Chu on bass and backing vocals, touring in the UK and Europe for our album Miracle on Neon Clown Avenue.

The NYC lineups of the Cannonball Statman band from the early 2010s are still remembered fondly though, and I’m sure you can find some videos of those shows floating around online still.
